For the 2017–2019 strategy period, YIT Corporation wanted a more inspirational and transformative strategy — addressing both the renewal of current businesses and innovation of new business. With our parent company Marketing Clinic, Okimo Clinic had the honour to be part of this process by providing expertise for the strategy communications, including strategy presentation materials, visualizations, key message development, and a strategy video.
The renewed strategy received praise from the top management for being clear and easy to communicate – with the same response coming from capital markets, stakeholders and YIT employees.
